GOLDEN CHOICE FOODS, INC.(GCF) This Company manufactures and markets snacks that are unique in the industry. GCF has two patents on two of its snack products, GOT Fries and Aw Shucks. GOT Fries is a baked extruded potato product that has been received with enthusiasm by the vending and institutional industries since the Company started shipping product in November 1998. The Company has national distribution and has such customers as: Wal-Mart, Circle K, K-Mart, Food Lion, Bristol Farms, Gelsons markets, 50 school districts and national vending constituting about 25,000 locations as well as sales to the military. Profit margins for the company are significant, as the Company subcontracts all is food manufacturing and does not require huge investments in plant and equipment. ASTROVIEW Inc (OLED and EL DISPLAY/FLAT SCREEN TECHNOLOGY) This Company has multiple patents and about 100 claims in the area of OLED and EL display. The most interesting is the Woven ElectroLuminescence Display technology whereby the display is woven like a tapestry. The picture is estimated to be 35MM clarity and the energy required for the display is less than 1/10 needed for LCD. The Company is very formative and still in the R&D stage with the working model about 12 months away. This new technology should be able to replace all existing displays anywhere!
