If a public offering is contemplated JSC can assist in restructuring the Client's Company if necessary, arrange capital, legal services, underwriters, market making, research services, public relations, after-market support and auditing from accredited and acceptable firms for the securities offering. Fees for these services range from equity to cash for consulting or a combination thereof.
